Italian Broatmeal

Condescendingly fast, healthy, and delicious. The Italian spices and passata make it high culture too.

Ingredients

  • 1 400g can of chick peas (16g protein)
  • 2 cups of Quaker Quick 1-Minute Oats (10g protein)
  • 1 400g can of tomato passata or crushed tomatoes
  • Dried rosemary, basil, salt, and crushed red pepper, however much feels right

Prep time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1 bro

Instructions

  1. Put the oats in a bowl
  2. Drain the chick peas slightly and dump them in the bowl too
  3. Dump the other stuff in the bowl as well
  4. Microwave for 3-4 minutes
  5. Eat.
  6. Flex.
