- 1 400g can of chick peas (16g protein)
- 2 cups of Quaker Quick 1-Minute Oats (10g protein)
- 1 400g can of tomato passata or crushed tomatoes
- Dried rosemary, basil, salt, and crushed red pepper, however much feels right
Prep time: 5 minutes

Instructions
- Put the oats in a bowl
- Drain the chick peas slightly and dump them in the bowl too
- Dump the other stuff in the bowl as well
- Microwave for 3-4 minutes
- Eat.
